The Queenscliff Inn’s very own restaurant- The Couta Boat Café, head up by part owner Scott Adams, is steadily becoming one of Queenscliff’s most popular restaurants amongst locals and day trippers alike. Scott worked in Greece and along the Mediterranean for almost a decade, and with the knowledge and experience gained, has created a menu with these flavors strongly influencing the food. The menu features fresh, local seafood, cooked simply yet sensationally as they do along the Mediterranean. If seafood is not your priority when dining, there are plenty of other dishes to tempt those taste buds.

The Couta Boat Café’s Wine List features several local wineries including, Scotchman’s Hill, Bellarine Estate and Kilgour Estate. The list also features wines from several of the country’s premium wine regions including Coonawarra, Margaret River, the Yarra Valley and Tasmania.

The Couta Boat Café is located in the Dining Room of The Queenscliff Inn and has a wonderful outside alfresco area for those perfect sunny days and balmy nights. The Couta Boat Café can cater for functions as well as intimate dinners amongst family and friends. The Couta Boat Café is open 7 days for lunch and dinner in the peak season and open from Wednesday-Sunday in the quieter months.
